GENERAL CONDITIONS

1 Les marchandises vendues sont toujours envoyées aux risques et périls de l’acheteur même en cas d’une vente port payé. Aucune assurance n’est prise si ce n’est à la demande écrite de l’acheteur et aux frais de celui-ci.

 2 Des réclamations relatives à la qualité et/ou à la conformité ne sont prises en considération que si introduites par écrit et dans les trente jours de la réception des marchandises et moyennant qu’elles soient accompagnées d’un échantillon qui révèle clairement la faute.

 Les retours ne sont acceptés qu’après un accord préalable. Des réclamations relatives à une marchandise déjà entièrement ou partiellement consommée ne sont pas acceptées, à moins qu’il ne s’agisse de vices cachés.

 Le vendeur a le droit de remplacer la marchandise refusée légitimement sans que ce remplacement puisse donner lieu à un dédommagement quelconque. La réclamation ne dégage pas l’acheteur de l’obligation de payer le montant de nos factures aux dates fixées et suivant les termes stipulés dans le contrat.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel within 14 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. This right is only for goods in their original package, with all accessories, user manuals and bill.

Be aware that this right doesn’t apply to:

• Goods being used or mounted, dirty, damaged or not complete.
• Goods in boxes opened a way that make them impossible to sell as new goods

Contact us before returning the goods. We strongly suggest using registered mail. If a package is lost, we will never refund.

Shipping and Payment

We  don’t have a shop and only send goods by post or another carrier. Orders must be done by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , without forgetting to mention full address of delivery and phone number.

We will the send a quote with exact price, including postage. Payment can be made two ways: bank transfer or Paypal. After reception of payment, the goods are sent usually within 5  business days.
